He earned his Ph.D. in Manufacturing Management and Engineering from the Collegeof Business Administration at the University of Toledo, USA. He is an APICS Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM). He is also a Microsoft certified MCSD, MCSE, and MCDBA.
