Praveen HeratPraveen Herat was born in London to Sri Lankan parents and educated in the UK, where he graduated from Oxford and completed UEA's Creative Writing MA. He currently resides in Paris, but it was a three-year period living in Phnom Penh Cambodia, that marked him profoundly as a writer and prompted his research for what would become Between This World and the Next.
