Prakash Chander ThapliyalProf. Prakash Chander Thapliyal is a Senior Principal Scientist in Advanced Structural Composites and Durability Group of CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, India. He did his master's and doctorate in Organic Chemistry from University of Delhiin 1994. His research focuses on the synthesis and development of polymers, resins, nanomaterials, paints, coatings, pigments, corrosion inhibitors, composites among others. He is a fellow of Institution of Chemists, member in several technical committees of BIS and other professional societies, and has won several technical awards for his contributions for successful commercialization of technology along with the best technical paper prizes in international conferences.
