Pj QuestelI started off writing poetry about everyday life, my childhood, family and some were of a spiritual nature. I ventured into writing fiction which I enjoyed immensely. I grew up in a multi-cultural society in Trinidad with friends and neighbours from ountries such as China, Venezuela, England, India and other Caribbean islands. My youth was full of variety and adventure. The diversity of the mixed cultures made the island vibrant and dynamic. I enjoyed the time spent in the Cadet Force Band which I joined at the age of 13 and was the youngest member of the band.
