Pius Zebhe YandaPius Zebhe Yanda is a Research Professor at the Institute of Resource Assessment, University of Dar es Salaam. He is also the Director of the Institute of Resource Assessment as well as the Centre for Climate Change Studies of the University of Dar e Salaam. He has been a Lead Author of the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report and Special Report on Extreme Events (SREX Report) of 2013.
