Phyllis B GerstenfeldPhyllis B. Gerstenfeld is Professor and Chair of Criminal Justice at California State University, Stanislaus, where she has taught since 1993. She received a Ph.D. in Psychology and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research interess include hate crimes, juvenile justice, and law and psychology.
