Phillip W PricePhillip W. Price began his law enforcement career in late 1974. On January 8, 1978, Price was appointed to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) as a Special Agent. Price served in various capacities with the GBI, from working in extreme South Gergia swamplands to the North Georgia mountains. SAC Price retired on October 31, 2006, with twenty-nine years of criminal investigative experience.In 2010, Price was hired to lead the Cherokee Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad (CMANS), a drug task force in Canton, Georgia.
