Philip EmmaDr. Philip Emma has his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He has recently retired as Chief Scientist at IBM TJ Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY. Emma wrote parts ofsix books and 300 articles on technology and holds over 200 patents.
