Peter Loge

Peter LogePeter is an Associate Professor in the School of Media and Public Affairs at The George Washington University, where he created the first course on political communication ethics at GW. Prior to joining SMPA fulltime, he spent 25+ years as a politica communications professional, including lobbying, consulting, and serving in senior positions in the House, Senate, and Obama administration. During much of this time he was an adjunct instructor in SMPA, and helped found Emerson College's Washington DC program. In addition, Loge was awarded the Walt Littlefield Award by Emerson College, and he is an Associate Fellow of Timothy Dwight College at Yale. Loge is the author of Soccer Thinking for Management Success: Lessons for organizations from the world's game (Changemakers Press, July 2018). Loge has contributed to the online news outlet the IJ Review and the Hill. He appears in the political documentary, "Split: A Divided America," has been a guest local and national television and radio, and has been quoted in local and national media including The New York Times, CQ, NPR digital, The Washington Post, and elsewhere.
