Peter Gibson FriesenPeter Friesen received his Bachelor of Arts from Williams College in 1978, majoring in Philosophy. He continued to pursue his philosophical interests in Public Administration at the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctorate at the Univrsity of California, Hastings, awarded in 1982. While a student at the University of Southern California he studied with Elliot Jaques and played a major role in the development of the first logical descriptors for cognitive development utilizing an information processing model.
