Peter DaughtreyBorn in Emsworth, England. Early career in advertising agencies in London, culminating as a Group Publicity Manager with Unilever at the tender age of twenty-five. For the next fourty-five years he was a self-employed entrepeneur. Lived in Anglesey fr twenty years where, with his wife, he built up a significant retail furnishing and interior design group. Then thirty years in Southern Portugal's Algarve region creating the area's largest publisher after completing turn-around jobs for two newspapers. All the while indulging a passionate interest in ancient civilisations. Whilst living in the Algarve he realised that the area bore an astonishing similarity with Plato's comprehensive description of famed Atlantis. After very close analysis of Plato's text he isolated sixty clues that could reasonably help identify it's exact whereabouts. Many years of diligent research on site confirmed that they all matched the region from Gibraltar to the south west tip of Portugal, including a very large submerged plain to the south as well as north west Morocco. All other suggested sites barely match six, such as Santorini. The clues even pin-pointed the site of the small glittering capitol. Plato's description was so exacting there could only ever be one like it. His book, titled ""ATLANTIS and the Silver City"", was published in 2,013 in the USA and Britain. No one has disputed the evidence. Peter is arguably the worlds foremost authority on Plato's Atlantis Text as well as the various other theories swirling around it. He is currently working on a second book linking Atlantis with other submerged and forgotten civilsations all over the world. He now lives in the New Forest. Read More Read Less
