Peta A AcrondPeta A. Acrond, was born to Margie Benford and Jake Hawkins, in Long Beach California. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter, Lisa Acrond and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter, Jasmyne Press. She attended an Historically Black College wher she majored in Art with aspirations of becoming an Interior Designer, but later decided to pursue her passion in singing Gospel music. She has performed as a backup singer for various gospel artists and recorded various gospel albums as a lead singer performing with various artists on television and different stages. She is also very passionate about helping people, and often serves food to the homeless community.
