Perce HarphamPerce is one of "Yesterdays Men". In 2024 he will have lived half the time since the signing, in 1840, of the Treaty of Waitangi. Perce started the computer software industry in New Zealandwith his company "Progeni". It prospered for 21 years with branches in New Zealand, Australia, the USA and China until the Bank of New Zealand failed and brought down companies where it could recover money quickly. Progeni was one of them. Perce has been a Green Party parliamentary candidate and supported the Labour Party for 16 years.
