Pedro López BarjaPedro López Barja holds a PhD from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is Professor of Ancient History at the University of Santiago de Compostela. He was a visiting scholar at Wolfson College, Oxford in 2002-3 and an affiliate academic at UCL n 2016. His main research interests are Roman slavery, ancient political thought, esp.
