Paulo BartoloDr. Bartolo is Chair Professor on Advanced Manufacturing at the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering (MACE), University of Manchester (UK); Visiting Professor at Nanyang University (Singapore), Professor of Biomaterials at the Univerity of Havana (Cuba); Collaborator Professor of both the Advanced Manufacturing Group at the Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico) and The Research Centre for Architecture, Urbanism and Design a Centre of Excellence of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology based at the University of Lisbon (Portugal). At the School of MACE, he is the Head of the Manufacturing Group. At the University of Manchester, he is the industry 4.0 Academic Lead, member of the Management Board of the EPSRC & MRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Regenerative Medicine and theme leader of the "Industry 4.0" Societal Challenge area within the Digital Futures.
