Her recent book "Breathe" was released in July 2018. She is a LCSW and retired Marine with over 30 years of experienc working with diverse groups in Clinical, Military, and Educational Environments. Her experience encompasses providing therapeutic and victim services. Additionally, she develops and conducts seminars, trainings and workshops in the aforementioned areas.
