Paul WraggPaul Wragg is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Leeds. He specialises in media law, especially free speech theory as it relates to press freedom and free speech rights in the workplace. He has written extensively in this area and hasbeen published in leading specialist and generalist journals in the UK and abroad. He is a member of the Impress code committee, where he advises the board on press regulation matters.
