Dr. Payway is a former Pastor of Du-port Road Batist Church, Paynesville, Liberia, Principal, Messiah Baptist High School, Paynesville, Liberia, and Outreach Director of the Liberia Baptist Sunday School Convention. Over the years he has served as Pastor, educator and pastoral care counselor. He is endorsed by the General Baptist Convention of Texas as a Spiritual Health Practitioner, USA. Presently Dr. Payway serves as chaplain in an acute hospital, having served the State of Texas largest Mental Hospital (North Texas State Hospital) in Wichita Falls, TX for almost five years.
