Paul Cornell Paul Cornell is perhaps better-known as a Doctor Who writer than as a comics scribe, having created a host of novels based on the popular British sci-fi character, as well as screenwriting the highly-regarded Who episode 'Father's Day'. His debut in he Megazine came with the Pan-African Judges series, shortly followed up by Deathwatch. Following a lengthy Who-related hiatus, Cornell returned with the dinosaur apocalypse saga XTNCT.
