Patrick GregoryPatrick began his career with the BBC in London, working as a news editor and program maker for nearly 30 years: latterly as Managing Editor of the BBC's Political Programs department, where he also made history and political documentaries. He has deoted most of his energies in recent years to the study of the US contribution in WW1. His work includes An American on the Western Front: The First World War Letters of Arthur Clifford Kimber 1917-18 (with Elizabeth Nurser); as a contributor to 1914-1918-online Encyclopedia of the First World War; and the writing of regular feature articles for history and news websites in the US & UK, aimed at the public understanding of the US role in the war.
