Patricia Valentine WhitacrePatricia Valentine Whitacre began researching Tinicum's history and vernacular architecture 25 years ago during the restoration of her historic Tinicum farm. She has worked to preserve Tinicum Township's historic and natural resources while serving o the township's planning, historical, and open space commissions and as editor of the township newsletter. Twenty-year resident Richard A.
