Patricia RaymondPatty York Raymond is an award winning author. Her book, It's Too Windy! was presented with an International Latino Book Award for the year 2016. She earned her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston and her Administration nd Supervision degree from Texas A&M International University. Patty has enjoyed working with children, families, and educators in various capacities including social worker, teacher, and administrator.
