She teaches courses on feminist writing, digital storytelling, rhetoric, and creative nonfiction. Her research has been published inPeitho, Composition Studies, Rhetoric Review, Present Tense, Computers & Composition, and Enculturation. In addition to her scholarly work, Fancher is a creative writer, with essays about feminism and sexuality on many mainstream and literary platforms, including The Washington Post, Huffington Post, The Sun, Autostraddle, and Catapult.
