As a young girl living alone in a new country, Parto felt compelled to become self-reliant and reflective about her life experiences. Her exposure to new philosophies and viwpoints that varied from those of her youth flamed a curiosity and a journey to seek answers to her questions surrounding life, death, self, and spirituality. After a successful professional career, Parto has embarked on a new path to publicly share her lifelong questions and perceptions in the first compilation of her work.
