Paraskevi DekoulouParaskevi (Evi) Dekoulou is currently employed as a lecturer at the University of Nicosia and Intercollege Nicosia, teaching modules such as creativity and innovation, social entrepreneurship, human resource management, strategic marketing, global maketing, SME marketing and consumer behaviour. Moreover, she works as a part-time lecturer in marketing, media management and cultural economics at the Cyprus University of Technology and the Hellenic Open University. She holds a PhD Degree in Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She received an MSc in Media Management from Stirling University, a Master in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Media Communication from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
