Pamela J RauchDracula is by far, my favorite villain; ever since I first picked up Bram Stoker's novel, I have been obsessed with creatures of the night. I have written lots of poetry, and short stories too, but I always wanted to write a compelling vampire tale tat was different from the rest. When I retired several years ago, I took up writing full time and am pleased to have finally written the story I always promised myself I would. Dracula Unmasked, my debut novel is the first book in a new series, and is scheduled for an upcoming film adaptation. I am currently working on the sequel which introduces an old favorite, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. My second novel is action packed, as Dracula and his entourage once again travel through time creating chaos at every turn.On a more personal note, in my spare time I enjoy painting gothic landscapes and portraits of children. I am also fortunate enough to volunteer at a preschool two days a week teaching art and bible classes.
