She is currently a Research Associate Professor in the Program in Nutrition, Department of Health and Behavior Stdies, Teachers College, Columbia University. She works at the intersection of sustainable food systems and nutrition education. She has considerable experience in both research and practice. She has published numerous articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed journals from her work on many research grants from the US National Institutes of Health, US Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture, and others.
