Pamela a BrownHeather (Reardon) Schneider is a third-generation Panamanian. She is a graduate of Panama Central School, and she received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in special education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She has been a teacher t Panama Central School for twenty-three years. She credits her lifelong interest in local history to her parents, Cliff and Rachel, her grandparents and her great uncle, Walt.
