Paige BecquetAlice Paige was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, during the time her father studied at LSU Medical School, so she can rightfully say, Beignet Done That! She grew up in Mobile, Alabama, where she graduated from Murphy HS. She received her bachelor's deree from the University of Alabama in 1969, the era of Joe Namath and Bear Bryant.
