Pablo FerraraPablo Ferrara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1979. He is Rajawali Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation (Harvard Kennedy School of Government). He is an energy consultant at the Argentine Honourable Chamberof Deputies (HCDN). Also, he is Of Counsel at Estudio O'Farrell (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and at Wöss and Partners (Ciudad de México, México), Chair of the International Bar Association Public Law Committee, Co-Director at IDEAS para una Nueva Argentina, and member of the Political Commission at the Argentine Institute of Energy 'General Mosconi'. Previously, he was Assistant Professor at the South China Sea Institute, Xiamen University (Xiamen, People's Republic of China), Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law (Groningen, The Netherlands) and Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and Public International Law (Heidelberg, Germany). He obtained his LLB at the University of Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and his doctorate at the University of California at Berkeley (Berkeley, California).
