P K ThiruvikramanP.K.Thiruvikraman is currently Professor of Physics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. He has nearly two decades of experience in teaching courses from many areas of Physics apart from Digital Image Processing. Th author has a Ph.D in Physics from Mangalore University and a Masters degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. During his teaching career he has come to realize that most subjects which are typically offered by different departments are intimately interrelated.
