Owen Anthony KelleyOwen Kelley is a frequent visitor to Greenbelt's North Woods and a long-time resident of Greenbelt, Maryland. He currently serves on the Forest Preserve Advisory Board, the citizen body that advises the Greenbelt City Council on issues dealing with twn's Forest Preserve, land that includes part of the North Woods. In recent years, Kelley has written articles about forest history and ecology for the town's newspaper, the Greenbelt News Review.
