Oumar BaOumar Ba is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Morehouse College, Atlanta. He earned a doctorate in political science from the University of Florida. His research interests lie at the intersection of global politics and international crimina justice, with a focus on the International Criminal Court, the global governance of atrocity crimes, cultural heritage in conflict, and the politics of knowledge production from Global South perspectives.
