Orlena Kerek

ORLENA KEREK, MD, is trained as a pediatric doctor. She teaches moms and their families to lead healthy lives in a way that is easy and fun. Check out her podcast, Fit and Fabulous at 40 and Beyond, and her book, Buiding Simple Habits to a Healthy Me. Her sons, Galen and Dante, were 13 and 11 when they helped Dr. Orlena write this book. They love math, science, and playing computer games, so working on this book was great fun for them!
