Orit Fischman AforiDr Orit Fischman Afori is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, College of Management Academic Studies, Israel. Dr Fischman Afori earned her degrees, LLB ("cum laude") LLM("cum laude") and LLD, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He doctorate dissertation focused on derivative works in copyright law and was published as a book in Israel. Dr Fischman Afori's main fields of research are intellectual property law in general and copyright law in particular. Her publications in the area of intellectual property law focus on copyright, industrial designs and cultural rights as human rights. Dr Fischman Afori publishes extensively in Israel, Europe and in the US. Dr Orit Fischman Afori is teaching various courses, including Corporate Law; Copyright Law; Introduction to Intellectual Property and is directing various seminars in the intellectual property field, both at the College of Management Academic Studies Law Scholl and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law Faculty.
