Okechukwu UkagaOkechukwu Ukaga Ukaga is the Executive Director of Northeast Minnesota Sustainable Development Partnership, University of Minnesota. He is also an extension educator and associate professor of sustainable development with University of Minnesota Extesion Service. He was previously Managing Director of the International Institute for Sustainable Development at Colorado State University and earlier worked at Penn State University and Florida A & M University.
