Odell Lendor Glenn

Odell Lendor GlennAuthor, caregiver, educator, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, ordained minister and researcher describe the everyday life of Odell Glenn Jr. Odell Glenn's humble beginnings began in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York where in a cose knit family he learned the value of education and having a hard work ethic. Odell presently has three engineering degrees (bachelors in mechanical engineering, masters in manufacturing systems engineering and another masters in electrical engineering) and is currently finishing up the doctorate in chemical engineering as a PhD candidate at The University of South Carolina-Columbia. Odell is a keynote speaker for motivational and inspirational audiences. His areas of expertise include early morning prayer, teaching, preaching, K-12 science and engineering mentorship, essential oil research, elderly care and caregiving tips as well as public health awareness on asthma and traumatic brain injuries. Both his career and ministry are in line with the mission of his church denomination and that is To minister to the intellectual, social, spiritual and physical development of all people. With well over 8 years as a full time caregiver along with ministerial duties and the pressure that comes along with having a professional career, Odell became motivated to write a book entitled 200 Caregiving Tips with healthy eating habits and essential oil benefits. The road has been bumpy to say the least but from these experiences, he has mustered enough strength and courage to write tips to encourage someone else. A chapter on essential oil benefits as well as healthy eating is also inclusive as a pathway into daily care. It takes prayer, wisdom, patience, dedication, hard work, faith and hope to be able to juggle these daily endeavors. His hope is that one will use this book as a model. As one indulges in daily care, his prayer is that every reader maximizes optimal potential in terms of health, emotional well-being and ultimately fulfilling divine purpose. Prayers are offered up specifically for caregivers throughout the book. Read More Read Less
