Normandie FischerA life-long sailor, Normandie Fischer has been writing and editing professionally since the seventies. Her fiction has garnered numerous awards, including best in women's fiction in 2011, The Marlene (Washington, DC, RWA) and The Catherine (Toronto RA). Her second book, Sailing out of Darkness, will be released in 2013. Normandie studied sculpture for several years in Perugia, Italy before returning stateside to complete her degree with special honors in English.
