Norman Fera
Norman M. Fera is a lawyer, author, and legal editor. After graduating from teachers' college, Laurentian University and Carleton University, he studied at the University of Ottawa where he received his Juris Doctorate. He practiced law for some 3 years. He is the author of numerous scholarly articles and was a co-author of the loose-leaf manual on the Supreme Court of Canada and the Carswell series on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He is the sole author of a book on arbitration statutes, and co-authored Canadian Law and Business Studies published by Canadian Scholars.
Richard O. Gasparini, PhD (MMU), JD (Ottawa), MBA (Bradford), LLM (NTU), LLM (Osgoode), MA (UCLAN, 2024), BA (Carleton) is a lawyer, instructor, and research sociologist. He has been a lawyer for over 30 years, having practiced in both private and corporate settings. He has taught at York and Toronto Metropolitan Universities; Seneca and George Brown Colleges. He is a Program Coordinator of the Law Society of Ontario accredited paralegal certificate program. Dr. Gasparini holds fellowships at the Chartered Management Institute, the Society for Advanced Legal Studies (Univ. London), and the Institute of Leadership and Management in the United Kingdom. He is certified by the Canadian Institute of Management.
