Norma KroegerNorma Kroeger grew up in Saskatchewan and has lived in British Columbia for 30 years. She was educated at the University of Saskatchewan where she received a degree in English. Norma also received a diploma in Journalism in Vancouver, British Columbi at the Langara College.
