Norm CuddyNorm Cuddy was born in Manitoba, where he graduated from U of M with a Law degree in 1974. He and his wife, Rose, moved to Halfmoon Bay, BC, in 2007, and Norm continued to practice law in both Winnipeg and Vancouver until 2015. In his free time, Normloved to write fiction, and one of his many passions was sailing, frequently navigating the beautiful coastal waters of BC with Rose.
