Noel G ClavecillaNoel G. Clavecilla was saved by the Lord on May 2, 1978, and has been serving the Lord as a pastor for more than thirty years now. He finished his bachelor's of theology degree at Baptist Bible Seminary and Institute and his master's in ministry degre at Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary.
