Nikolaos VoulgarisNikolaos Voulgaris is a lecturer at the European Law and Governance School and Head of the Treaty Division of the European Public Law Organization. He is also a teaching assistant at the LLM in public international law at the University of Athens anda Fellow at the Athens Public International Law Centre. He completed his doctoral studies at King's College London in February 2016. During his PhD he taught public international law at King's and worked as a research assistant for the Freedom Rights Project. He holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Athens (rank: shared 1st) and an LLM from King's College London (awarded with distinction). For his doctoral studies he was awarded the King's University of London Studentship and the Levendis Foundation Scholarship.
