Nicole M BurtNicole M. Burt is a Postdoctoral Fellow of Human Health and Evolutionary Medicine at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland, OH. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from Beloit College, M.S. in Forensic Science from Micigan State University, and Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Alberta. As a biological anthropologist, she uses stable isotope analysis and more traditional methods to analyze diet and health in modern populations in Canada and the United States, as well as in Medieval Fishergate House, York, UK.
