Nicola UllrichNicola Ullrich was born in 1979 and grew up with her parents and twin sister in Buckinghamshire. She studied a master's degree in English Literature and English Language at Edinburgh University and went on to become a solicitor at a commercial law fim in Birmingham. In 2010, she moved to Bavaria to live with her German husband and is now a full-time mum of three.
As a child, Nicola often wrote poetry and has composed many rhymes and songs for her children. Through the Magpie's Eyes is Nicola's first picture book and was inspired by her youngest daughter's love of horses and all things magical. Read More Read Less
