Nicola SmithNicola qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in1996 and has been helping families plan for the future for the last 12 years. She co-founded Cairn Legal and Cairn Trust Management which specialises in advising clients on how the law can support those wth a learning disability, dementia, a brain injury or reduced capacity for any other reason. She is a member of the Law Society of Scotland's Committee on Mental Health and Disability and has a particular interest in initiative models of assisted decision making.
