Nia ChiaramonteNia Chiaramonte holds a BA in psychology with a minor in business from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing her master's degree in business administration. She is the Senior Director of People at LifeStraw in Balimore, Maryland. Nia spent the first thirty-five years of her life hiding in plain sight, scared to be who she is and scared of what it might cost her.
