Neil M FletcherNeil M. Fletcher is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces with more than thirty-six years of service. He served nine years with the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, including five years as a combat intelligence operator, and twenty-sevenyears as a member of the Canadian Forces Intelligence Branch. During this time he was employed in all three of the largest intelligence disciplines: imagery intelligence, human intelligence, and signals intelligence. Fletcher has served at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels across Canada and with UN and NATO forces.
