Neil FinkelsteinNeil Finkelstein obtained his BA and LLB from McGill and his LLM from Harvard. He became a chartered accountant in 1975. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1982. He served as senior policy advisor to the Attorney General of Canada and as a bencherof the Law Society of Upper Canada.
