Nathaniel McNeilBorn and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Archbishop Nathaniel McNeil, Jr. is the son of the late Bishop Nathaniel McNeil, Sr. and shepherd mother Vivian. In 1987, he was ordained by his father. By age 19, he was preaching and teaching full time. He hols a bachelor's degree in religious studies and was consecrated as an apostle and bishop, in 1999, by Apostle R.L. Jackson. In 2012, he received apostolic succession by Archbishop Timothy Paul.
